In this first month of the year, should we take a moment to reflect on our surroundings, our connection to nature? Forest bathing, protecting the planet (i.e., composting), taking a brisk walk, looking out the window for a minute or listening to birds chirping in
the morning... there are different ways to reflect on our ties to the environment, even in lockdown.
By taking the time to reflect on our relationship with nature, in silence and beauty, we can truly (re)connect with ourselves and our environment.

Sharing forms of knowledge to
take on climate change collectively
Indigenous people all over the world have different ways to read their environments.Their deep connection to and knowledge of the land enable them to live in interaction with their environment in ways that are mutually beneficial.
Climate change is severely impacting this crucial aspect of knowledge. Instead of adopting a science-led approach to climate change mitigation,
let's listen to each other, and collectively develop ways to protect our environment.
It is through the inclusion of all forms of knowledge that we can make a difference!
