When thinking about climate change and the resulting environmental crises, it is normal to feel frustrated. Some even develop a so-called eco-anxiety.
Â
Instead of ignoring this feeling of powerlessness, we can address it in different ways:Â
- fostering a greater connection with nature
- getting educated (while knowing when to disengage from overwhelming amounts of information)
- taking action
